Please go to Paris now. I mean, NOW! Take the girlfriend. Find a place on the Rue Cler (Metro: Ecole Militaire), and wander from there to Place Bastille, via the Marais and Place des Vosges, over a period of a month, taking in St Germaine and Boulevard St Michel (”Boule Mich”). Take in Saint Sulpice and David’s paintings, and…, oh, bring me along to show you around.

Awesome! Yes, the most beautiful piano music ever. And you played it wonderfully! I continue to be amazed by the many talents of my friend Sue’s son (that’s you). Your whole blog thing here is fascinating. I read up on the car progress. Will the locost with Miata engine get good gas mileage? I will definitely check out the Craig’s List Tutorial - what a great help THAT is. And now I know the history of it too.

@Patrick, I’ll make sure to go to Paris.. unfortunately I can’t really go now. You know, school and work and all that tends to get in the way
I’ll keep your recommendations in mind though, for when I do go visit.
@Carol, Thanks for the kind words on my blog. As far as the Locost getting good gas mileage… Miatas tend to get good gas mileage, so the Locost will probably get about the same kind of gas mileage. It will be lighter weight than a miata, so that will help, but I might tend to drive it faster, which of course doesn’t really help

Tell you what: I’ll give you my secret guide to things in Paris you have to see that nobody knows about.
For example, the cafe at the Samaritaine. You could search for a decade and never find a better view over the Seine, at a better place over the Seine.
